Responsibilities

You’ll ensure that our clients not only get results but also enjoy the journey.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

• Onboard new clients and set clear expectations

• Track client goals and monitor project milestones

• Work with consultants and marketing teams to align strategies

• Proactively address client questions or issues

• Collect feedback and suggest improvements

• Build long-term relationships based on trust

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s people-focused and results-driven.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset

• Passion for helping businesses succeed

Salary and Position Details

• Position: Full-time Client Success Manager

• Location: Hybrid (Office + Remote)

• Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,500 per month
